Delivery Times
For worldwide orders, processing may take 7–15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please note: while we make every effort to deliver packages within the estimated timeframe, the actual delivery date may be affected by factors such as flight schedules, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other external variables. For the most accurate delivery updates, please refer to the tracking link provided.
Shipping Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes:
- Correct abbreviations
- Accurate street and house numbers
- Building, suite, or apartment numbers
- Any necessary delivery instructions
Shipping – Insufficient / Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Mooven cannot be held responsible for:
- Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information
- Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts when delivery was attempted to the address provided
- Packages returned due to failed delivery caused by incorrect address details
Once the return process has begun, the order is not eligible for refund or free reshipment, as this situation is not covered under our after-sales policy.
Re-delivery requests (if available) may incur additional shipping fees paid by the customer.
Shipping to Israel
Due to regional restrictions, direct home delivery in Israel is often not possible. Orders are usually delivered to a designated pickup point.
Customers will be notified when their package is ready for collection. To avoid delays or returns, we strongly recommend tracking your parcel and picking it up promptly.
Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items
Please note: If an item becomes out of stock or unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
If the item cannot be restocked, it will be removed from your order. If you paid with a credit card, you will not be charged for the canceled item, including any taxes or shipping fees associated with it.
