Order Processing & Delivery Times
UNSEEN ships worldwide with free standard shipping on all orders. Order processing typically takes 7–15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Please note: While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or international transit restrictions. For the most accurate updates, please refer to your tracking link.
Shipping Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including:
- Correct street name and number
- Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)
- Accurate postal/ZIP code
- Any additional delivery instructions required by the carrier
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
UNSEEN cannot be held responsible for:
- Lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details
- Failed delivery attempts caused by inaccurate shipping information
- Orders returned to the carrier due to address errors provided at checkout
Orders affected by incorrect address information are not eligible for refunds or free reshipment.
If reshipment is requested and available, additional shipping fees may apply.
International Deliveries & Local Pickup Points
In certain regions, direct home delivery may not be available. In these cases, packages may be delivered to a local pickup point designated by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and collecting their package promptly to avoid returns or additional fees.
Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items
Please note: If an item included in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
If the item cannot be restocked, it will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for the unavailable item, including any related taxes or shipping costs.
