REFUND & RETURNS

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies:

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order has been placed and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours. Once the fulfillment or packaging process has started, the order can no longer be canceled.

2. RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • With a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note:
The return address may differ from the original shipping address. Do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving confirmation. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Clear photo evidence is required.

Claims submitted after 3 days, or without photo proof, will not be accepted.

Claims made after 30 days from delivery, or for items that have been worn, washed, or used beyond normal inspection, are not eligible for return or replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Underwear or intimate apparel that has been worn, washed, or used
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards

Sale items and promotional purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item or size is to complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union โ€“ 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

The item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags intact
  • With proof of purchase

Please note that hygiene-related exclusions still apply to worn or used underwear.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
